If you contact me

When you email or call, I keep your name, contact details and business details so I can reply and do the work you asked for. I don't sell them, share them, or add you to a mailing list.

Your reviews and your report

The reviews I analyse are public Google reviews. Your report is private to you. Nothing about your business goes on this site unless you're a founding client and you've approved the write-up.

This website

The site uses Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used, such as where people click and how far they scroll. Clarity may set cookies. You can read how Microsoft handles that data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Deleting your details

Email ceopb@fixthecomplaint.com and I'll delete anything I hold about you.
